★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent team at Polliwogs Clarke Quay! I liaised with Brenda over watsapp leading up to my 4 year old's birthday party and she was the best! Super efficient, friendly and top notch service oriented. Onsite on event day, she and her wonderful team helped us with blowing up balloons, arranging stuff in the party room and even went the extra mile to cut up and distribute cake, without me having to ask for help! Very proactive and they just pick up and go based on what they see, prob based on their years of experience.
Brenda even went the extra mile to go out and purchase hot beverages for the older folks as we booked a teatime slot and we were only giving out cold drinks.
Everyone who came was highly impressed with the team and promised to visit the playground and also said they will keep in mind the venue for their kids parties.
Well done Brenda and team, you truly made my kid's dinosaur themed party a RAWRRing success!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIRST and LAST for Clarke Quay outlet. Maybe will try out vivo one instead. THANKS to this unfriendly staff, only trying to ask some questions like can I purchase it on the spot instead of online as I already purchased 2 adults and 1 child tickets for 2pm. Then went to her again to ask whether we have to wait till 2pm then can go in or 10mins before the time as this is our first time so we reached there about 1.40pm (excited and looking forward to explore) . WAKAO, she shows me frown and black face, although wearing mask but she seems reluctant to serve. ? as if like she is very busy~ but no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday afternoon well spent with my 3 year old and thanks a lot to The Polliwogs for that!
We had 2 hours to explore and enjoy the place and it was not much looking at the options the indoor playground offers.
From different kind of interesting slides, bounce area, ball guns, Wall video games to the cutest ball pit ....what not to enjoy !
And the cheery on the cake is that they allow outside food so you and partner can take turns to look after the hyper active toddler ( as ours ?) and enjoy food as well .
Suggest to visit the place and have a happy time there!
We already looking forward to our next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to keep your kids occupied for 2 hours! Theres a refreshment area inside for parents. Be sure to reserve early as limited slots are available. We wanted to do a walk in but only the later slots were available. Its a very popular spot with parents and kids! There's Mummys Market beside it with lots of baby stuff. You can shop while your toddlers roam safe in Polliwogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size play area more for younger child 1-5 years old. Not too crowded. But the back area is too warm and stuffy, when I ask them. They explained this is due to central aircon and we are the first group at 9.30am so the aircon haven fully cold yet.
Shame that they don’t have a ball pit or sand pit, quite limited choice of play stuff. Trampoline only can 2-3 person go in because is too small.
Overall equipment is quite new and well maintain. Many play mat around so quite safe. They also provide sitting area for parent in the toddlers cover which I think is very thoughtful.

But the ball blaster guns and stuff aren't working - an indefinite maintenance thing? Good to know to set expectations lol otherwise kids can get batty
