N	Nicolas C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place may be past the First Class lounge and by invitation only, but the food is just meh, drinks in the next door First Class lounge are better (even the champagne) and service is just so so...... The food served next door is pretty much the same. Compare this to LH F or AF and Singapore Air just falls short. This is not what it should be...... Boring, bad and lame.
T	Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lounge within a lounge. The private room is located within the silver kris lounge and after the first class lounge. Accessible by passengers either inbound or outbound on a first class ticket with SIA. The lounge is significantly quieter than SilverKris which can get incredibly packed at times. Food is not Michelin level standards and service can be a hit or miss at times. You can expect decent restaurant quality food prepared freshly for you. TPR will be undergoing renovations in a few months time so do check out the main SIA page for updates.

Strange that they have items for cheese but cant find the cheese!! Had the seafood porridge. Ok with good broth but the texture can be better.. but the champagne and wines!! They were the highlights with Dom Perigon and various French and top Aussie wine.. yummy.. but typically I dont eat and drink too much before flight so... enough to get the palate going... nice effort Sia. Enjoy
J	Jonas Krogell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Access to this exclusive lounge is only available for Singapore Airlines suites and first class and passengers, very few guests here compared to the regular first and business class lounge. Great food and high quality wines / champagne. Good service and our glasses never got empty before being topped up with more Dom Perigon. If Dom Perigon is not your favourite it's also possible to have some Piper-Heidsieck Rare Millésime 2006 from the regular first class bar. Very relaxing place to spend a few hours, but not very much to do except eating and drinking. Loved the Ben and Jerry's icecream available as dessert. The lounge interior is getting a bit old, but renovations are coming soon.

But SIA still owes it's First Class passengers a decent level of service that commensurate with it's reputation and fares! The current makeshift arrangement in the so called "First Class Lounge" is a joke..., I don't even want to go into the details of describing and having to relive it! I would have given it a zero star rating (if there is such an option) for the current arrangement.
I	Incog Nito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update November 2021. There is currently no Private Room as they are renovating their lounges. Currently for Singapore Airline first class or suites passengers you're getting a very reduced service. Queues at the first class check in. Packed makeshift first class lounge so full of people during covid that it's more sensible not to stay too long. Food menu and service in their current temporary facility is limited and not up to Private room standards. Apparently the new facilities will open next year but I wish Singapore Airlines would have given us more updates about what was going on before we booked our flights. They should be charging less for their tickets when there is such a reduced quality offering. Looking forward to the new lounge
