D	Dan Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent lounge, can be used with priority pass, shower facilities available, collect your towel from the reception counter. Local food and beverage options, massage chairs available. Cheap alcohol beverages provided. Located at level 2 of terminal 2.
P	P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/27/20: Wonderful private exclusive club. I recieved an invite due to being in Polaris class with United Airlines, but they let Priority Pass card holders in too. I have Priority Pass. They put me in the even more exclusive reserved room, where they have private tables, showers, massage chairs... I was the only person in the reserved room for 1 hour. That was quite nice while I sat in the massage chair for an hour. The food was tasty. The staff were all very polite & kind.

Centrally located at terminal 2 which is a advantage. Beverages is there but it is neither cold nor hot. Relaxing options are below average.
J	Jason Kwek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice, quiet lounge with a reasonable range of F & B options, shower and massage chairs. Service is prompt and fuss free and is not too crowded on a Sat evening. Power points and USB ports are plentiful. Good for charging up the mobile devices and getting some work done.
T	Tommy Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicer lounges in terminal 2. They have self service showers in the bathroom. There are plenty of seats but not many that are comfortable to sleep on, but that doesn’t stop time of people of doing so. They also have 2 massage chairs and people sleep on them so good luck getting one. The tables are comfortable for eating and working on. There are a decent amount of hot and cold foods to choose from. There’s a espresso machines and a small selection of self service alcohol. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been every early in the morning (7ish am) and there are always a ton of people but still enough space to easily find a comfortable seat. The staff is always coming along to clean up. The WiFi is of decent speed. They accept Priority Pass and have never had to wait to enter.
S	Scott Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A worthy lounge with good food options and resting facilities. Foodwise is DIY style and the selection are above average. Taste and quality is just acceptable since he's either machine made or bottled drinks, however their signature laksa and chicken rice are surprisingly good. Furthermore, they serve wine and alcohol. Lounge Area is on the small side and chairs are a bit old and seasoned. They have quite a big showering area though and toilet is professionally clean. They also have massage chairs but unfortunately only two and are often taken by others. Other facilities like charging stations are also provided. Staff are professional and efficient as they frequently go around to check on things. Overall an acceptable lounge worthy of the no. 1 status of best airport in the world.
M	Ming T. Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess your satisfaction of this lounge is based on what time you are here and how crowded it is. I was on a redeye flight and got here at 3 am on a Sunday. I found this place to be clean and has more features than some other lounges in changi. It's got a large area for resting and dining, good food selection, alcohol, coffee, massage chairs, showers, magazines, and newspapers. Food selection wasn't great but they still have laksa even at 3 am, so I can't complain much. Overall, this place was good for me but I can see the points made by other reviewers.
A	A Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too bad as this was my first time visiting. Similar to ambassador in terms of the food on offer, maybe slightly better variety. I believe the interior was slightly bigger than ambassador as well. The laksa was good as the gravy was pretty lemak. The rest of the items were negligible. They do offer alcoholic drinks too. Not a bad place to chill before flying off.
