Regarding that one person Gold Eagle has mentioned in his/her review, I wish that I could give a negative value for this unsavory person.

Terrible place to come to. Here to attend water efficiency manager course by PUB. PACE sends you SMS and email stating the venue is T1A51. How on earth we know this place? It is more like Terminal 1 of Changi Airport. No information on parking, road access, no bus number and no MRT on how to get to this place. In the class room itself the air conditioning is not working. Tea break with the food served at walkway corridor under hot sun, food was ready at 9am baked under the sun until 1030 tea break time. Good luck to those consuming the food. Real terrible organisation. PUB better cease using this academy to conduct course

Tristan Lim was extremely disrespectful and obnoxious towards me in handling of my complaint. Instead of handling my complaint (with regrards to my learning experience of the course) with care, concern or professionalism, instead he tried to bait or troll to get me start a fight with him by tilting his head and looked down from the corner of his eye with an aggressive glare from his eyes, while crossing his arms. He COLDLY replied, "I'm sorry for your experince" and didn't suggest nor offer any solutions whatsoever. To make matters worse I learnt that he is a manager for adult learning at PACE. Based on his behaviour and treatment I had from him; he is not suited for this role whatsoever

Absolutely disaster liaising with the administration, in particular Nicole Liew. Quite unresponsive, often uncontactable. Very rigid and bureaucratic. Had to get the cert of participation to do an exam after the course but she insisted on full payment before they would release the cert. They also issued a wrong invoice and Nicole refused to help to get the invoice sent to me directly despite me telling them my finance manager was not around for a week. It was only after I reached out to the Deputy Director then things started to move. SMU offered the same course although it’s more expensive. My advice is, just got for the SMU option if available although it’s more expensive. SP Pace Academy does not seem capable to treat their adult professional students well. The bureaucratic headache dealing with SP Pace Academy staff is not worth it.

Undertaking the Diploma Conversion in marketing management currently. Contemplating dropping out of this poorly designed program. My word of advice, adult learners, don’t opt for further education here. This is probably the worst institution I ever went to in my life. The Module coordinators seem to be ignorant and horrible in planning assessment schedules, without the welfare of adult learners in mind. For instance, my exams for the program are conducted the week after the last lecture is conducted. There is NO study/revision period for the adult learners in my program. Why is it that full time diploma students have a one week study break but on the other hand, adult learners like us, whom many of them have full time jobs, family commitments and little time for revision, have ZERO revision period. Why? Sheer blasphemy in this logic. Shouldn’t adult learners be given a longer revision period with the increased commitments or at least the same 1 week given to full time students. I honestly feel agitated and infuriated, considering the myriad of group projects for a mere β€œupskilling” prgm and an unreasonable exam schedule which is simply deplorable.
