I just explored from the outside. Not going anywhere inside shopping malls for now. Looks like a good and quiet place to hangout for residents living around the area.

Expect roaches if you are staying at the second floor(coming up from the bathroom drain). The area is quiet, however due to the shops downstair, lots of trucks coming in and out, very noisy. The window is very very thin, can hear any noises from downstairs, even you can hear the outdoor ac condenser noise from neighbors (not yours)during nights- it’s that thin. Wish I could knew all these before moving in. Adding to that, the condo facilities are also not maintained well. Saw some oil were floating in the pool for days, too dirty to dip in.

Quaint little heaven where you can chill and watch doggies and 2 cute resident cats walking around. Do check out simple brown cup for their fresh sourdough bread and aromatic latte!

There are actually several hole-in-the-wall shops operating here, but it is difficult to navigate the place unless you are super familiar with where the unit is located at. Otherwise, plant-based food and bakeries are my fave here, though mostly for takeaways. There's also lazy lizard for a proper sit-down space.

There are many shops around The Promenade@ Pelikat but not many are open for walk-in as they only serve pre-orders and pick-up. Many tuition centres and enrichment classes for kids, pet shops, beauty salons, customisation cake shops, and takeaway shops. Not many cafes or restaurants around though. It can be quite crowded during the weekends as parents bring their kids here for enrichment classes. Good place for exploring local shops. I like and would recommend the coffee and sourdough bread from Simple Brown Cup at #B1-05 as they are very good! Friendly owners, good service and food.

Quiet place , best suites for cake shops or takeaway shops Few eateries nearby and anchor trades like pet centres and gym. PS: I has a freehold unit for sale with tenancy. Contact me if keen!

Very random mall in the middle of nowhere. Definitely not a place I'll hang out at, but they do have many small and random shops all around the mall. Feels a little like Far East Plaza, but smaller and newer. Was here for yoga at Pilates Movement, and was super amazed while walking all the way in. A lot of people are here for food as well. Quite a few eateries here and there.

A very out of nowhere place which I had so much difficulty trying to access my 4G network here, but it's a heaven for a lot of bakers because quite a number of home based bakers have set up their kitchen here. Kinda complicated and many little shops on each floor, can be a little maze as well. À lot of bakers don't really do walk in, you have to order online first then collect here.
