For many of us suffering from stress and pressures, be it personal life and work, we need a professional counseller who can provide sound judgment and copng mechanisms to help us stay positive and manage our emotions well. In this way we can be better equpped to handle challenges and stressors in a VUCA environment. Appreciate The Relationship Room for extending their help which I can always count on.
