β β β β β Located along Punggol Road and junction of Rivervale Link.It is a nice and quiet location.It has most of the facilities of condo housing, like basketball court, tennis courts, bbq pits, swimming pool, function hall, etc.Amenities nearby includes North Vista Secondary School,Sengkang 266 Coffeeshop ( 24 hrs ),
Giant Supermart ( just beside Sengkang 266 Coffeeshop & is also 24 hrs ), Happy Hawkers Coffeeshop ( 24 hrs ),pre schools. The Rivervale Plaza ( Shopping Mall ) and The Rivervale Vegetable & Fruits Wet Market are not far away , at next traffic junction ( About 1 km to1.5 km ).

β β β β β The worst condo for a Taxis and Grab Driver's.The Security will ask for your telephone numbers go thru the temperature and QR scan.And if you cannot Scan the Security will ask for your Identity card number and your name and Particulars.The Condo Management are Regimented.As though entering a Military missile Base.

β β β β β Its very spacious condo which you cannot find it nowadays. This condo with good facilities and good staff. Its very convenient as coffee shop, wet market , schools are just nearby. Few bus stops away to Waterway Point and Nex.

β β β β β The Rivervale condo is very good place to live. Unit size are much bigger than all nearby developments. This condo has very big swimming pool. Jacuzzi, sauna and kids pool. 24 hrs Giant is just opposite to Condo. 2 bus stops are just outside the condo.
