β β β β β The quality of the food is great but the service they provided with qxpress is bad. I am a returned customer and they have made an error and yet pushed to qxpress. Claimed that they have contacted qxpress and waiting for them for their reply. In the end, I have to contact qxpress myself. I received and forwarded the approval email from qxpress for the delivery refund. Their worker, Shenna, changed her statement and said they don't received the money, keep pushing me to qxpress for the refund. Seriously, I wonder how are they being paid. This worker should really get warning for tarnishing the company image.

β β β β β Dishonest seller, playing with words, many customers had the impressionthat we are getting 4 fishes instead of only 2. 1 small red snapper plus 1 small seabass cost $45 on Qoo10! If you buy them separately, it cost $16+$16 = $32, plus you get 1 seabass more!

β β β β β Horrible seafood supplier. They did not deliver 2 fishes that cost $52. Tried several times to contact them but failed. Sent emails to inform them and no reply from them. None of their staff returned my calls. Never order from such a supplier who is irresponsible.

β β β β β Absolute Poor Customer service, totally opposite of Qoo10 reviews. Ordered and paid 3 sets of Set A seafood from Qoo10, only 1 set delivered. Called the seafood company, lady told me someone will call me back to check on the goods and delivery.
I called back again 3 hours later, she said will check and call me back. The entire day no one called.
Sent the report to Qoo10 also no one replied.
Worst attitude and service i ever encountered.
Will not recommend. Will Put up to the authority.

β β β β β Appreciated the good customer service from The Seafood Company. One of my order was missed out due to technical glitch on service provider platform. Am glad they acknowledged my order and made a separate delivery instead of ignoring my feedback.
