Today my dad had come to your shop at jln riang as to try is it able to collect our order earlier and our order is just fresh sardine. My dad ask the lady can he collect today and which is now? And there this lady who is so rude she shouted at my dad that his order is on sat which is 7th nov. She contiune and shoted at him again next time see your order date before you come in case if you order fresh item our fish cutter may not have time to entertain you. Why cant you talk to my dad in a proper manner? Meaning is my fault to come and collect my order early? What if this happen to your dad? I am so fed up when i heard my dad complaint this to me. I still can remember on the 2nd day of your opening day there was a guy quite big size he was so polite and even i never purchase anything in the shop yet he even care to explain everything i asked and still say that if you need anything you may approched me. This is customer service. I will not hesitate this to happen on my family. No matter how fresh or how good your fish is bad attitude and bad customer service you will lose your customer. I will share this to my relative and even those who bought fish from you.

i bought childcut for quite a few different fishes. i know its mentioned that some bones can still be found.. but there are quite a few pieces with bones and scales. i will not be purchasing again. there are other places that have better fishmongers.

My first and certainly not the last time I'd order from Dish the Fish. I had a variety of seafood delivered to my home and each item came vacuum packed and labelled neatly. I like the wide variety of seafood and choice of cuts available, and the fresh fish we had were delicious cooked any way. Only the Chinese pomfret we had that day did not pass the palate test. Plus point - delivery driver texted me ahead the time to expect her, which is a boon to busy folks!

Nice location and convenient place to pick up fresh produce. They have fresh fish and seafood ready to go, as well as a selection of frozen seafood that is packed and ready to bring home. The team is always willing to help and answe and queries. Fish was fresh, and I recommend you check out their website for fish that are in season (esp salmon). The Sockeye salmon i bought was really nice and fresh. They also carry other sauces and condiments that compliment the seafood that they carry. Highly recommend to pop by and check it out.

Can't comment if you are purchasing in the physical shop itself. However, if you are thinking of ordering online, just buy at your own risk. I am sure the aunties and uncles in the wet market can provide much better seafood. Be ready to get a PR answer(below) if you provide any feedback. “We have tried to provide to the best of our ability for the current catch.
