Worst customer service, I waited 15 minutes and everybody was too busy standing in the one spot talking after I walked past them a few times, then I had to say out loud β€œI’ve been waiting for 15 minutes is anyone going to help me?” If I could give a zero I would. The 1 star is for the young lady Vivian who rescued the sale. I’ll never go here again. Fix the customer service it’a dreadful.

BEWARE THIS STORE!!! BEWARE THIS STORE!!!! My wife made a purchase at this duty free. After the bill was paid -she realised that they had overcharged her for a bottle of Chanel No.5 along with some other items. My wife asked to void the sale/refund the cash and then paid for the other items without the chanel. Not only did they not refund our money. But we have been double charged (Nearly over 1000 SGD) We have tried contacting the store several times without any answer. Finally we have had to open a dispute via our bank. Buy at this store at your own risk!!

Ask for a perfume but came home and realized the lady got the wrong one. Emailed the Shilla and they said if it’s already opened it cannot be exchanged. And I’m already four hours flight away from Singapore. Service is just as bad as 3 years ago. Anties treated me like lil girl instead of real customer. There was one lady however was nice and polite. Still upset about getting the wrong perfume.

Wanna buy Laneige cushion but the china sales lady pushed for sum37 and said they're good for pregnant ladies and that the no.1 color is whiter but will oxidize to our NATURAL skin tone. I bought it. It's a scam of course, and it's an obvious shade with my neck. Why would anyone wanna look like Geisha in Singapore? And as I found out, not even the fairest korean girls staying in Singapore, get no. 1 shade. Were they preying on tired travelers and scamming them to clear stock? I wrote back to customer service to see if there's anything they can do, but after several rounds of email, they wasted my time and reverted to the classic "once opened can't do nothing" response, which could have been mentioned in the first place! Instead of wasting my time. Be careful of shopping at Shilla anywhere, especially if it's china ladies serving you! Never shopping at Shilla ever again, for sure!

We got a rude staff with a bad attitude. My mom was buying some Chanel make-up, and the staff was not interested in helping us, acted as if we wasted her time when we asked her some details. Then onto the cashier line, we waited for a long time without being acknowledged, while all the staff were huddled together and talking among themselves, trying to ring up a basketful of products, clearly for employee purchase. Why, can't you do that at another time? Please do us a favor and don't work in service industry if you can't serve! Never again will we shop at this store brand.

Pretty unfriendly staff. Not one offer of help after walking through the store twice. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff when I walked into the store. Staff member at Kiehl's counter (T3) was accommodating enough. All I got were inconvenienced looks as I browsed through the store. It didn't make me want to buy anything.

Bought a bottle of TBS teatree oil but got the fake one. Poor me I threw the receipt away and can complain nothing. I tried to contact TBS UK customer services about this but it takes a year to "investigate" then I gave up.

Got one Kield’s store seller so unfriendly to customer. Not sure if I am asking for her toner or I am buying the toner. So regret buying in Terminal 2 Kield’s store. Kindly, head officer helps retrain the staff to smile and talk to the customers please.
