(even refuses to conduct the professional inspection to define how much will be needed to make the property to be tenant-able) If anyone considers to take unit 210, please reconsider. 2 years ago fitted with these (Superb tyres from the first date till now (>20.000km) I feel like I own a premium tire! Great dry grip, feel confident on wet roads, comfort, and minimum noise & delivering great handling. Noticed a great difference in handling/road resistance & even fuel economy! Recommended to my family and everyone is using Petlas now! Up and coming brand! Stay tune ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for the parklovers. 2 dog areas for pet owners. market, mall, buses to vivo. MRT coming?? just too many speculation. the condo units faces outwards, no akward staring at your neighbours living room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfy and nice condo. You have good amenities here, the condo is very well kept and as new. The location is good, 10 min walk to a large Sheng Siong store, Hawker centre, Cold Storage, and West Coast Plaza. The two pools and the small gym are extremely clean. The next Mrt station is 10 min by bus, 5 lines are available right outside the condo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although placed between two major roads which give good access to buses it is a quiet calm oasis. Across the roads are two parks. Plenty of opportunities to exercise if you wish. Swimming pool at front, kiddy pool at back.

Beautiful area. Nice people. Quiet neighbourhood. Hawker Centre and Plaza walking distance. 2 Parks on either side - West Coast Park and Clementi Woods. The serenity is fantastic!
Buses from both sides available to take you to Clementi or Haw Par Villa MRT stations. Or ride to Harbourfront or Jurong East areas and more.
