Very resort feel to this condo. Grounds are extensive and well manicured. Plenty of space for walks and for your kids to run about.

Amazing condo. I like the environment here has it does not have the hdb feel of high rise buildings. All the buildings are up to 5 floors. There are man made streams all over the place which makes the area look relaxing. In terms of facilities, its a great place for the kids to hangout at the kids pool. The bbq pit is right beside the kids pool. What a great combo. There is a seperate pool for lap swimming. This lap pool can get crowded at times with swimming lessons. Best time to go is 7am. The gym has sufficient equipment for a quick workout. Take note of the opening and closing hours. The parking lot is split by residents and guests parking by the colour of the lots. White for guests. Do remember to get a patking slip for display from the security post upon expiry. Otherwise say hello to Mr clampy. The roads are not as narrow as some of the newer parking lots so no worries if you drive a large car. But it can be confusing like a maze if it is your first time there. Take not of 2 exits. There is a shuttle bus for residents going out to west coast and clementi at certain timings. The nearby pasir panjang wholesale market is a good place to get fresh fruits at a slightly lower price compared to our supermarkets. Overall the condo is not the best due to age and location but well maintained. You will grow to like it over time.
