The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly...a rare enough thing in the relatively standoffish world of wine. They'll gladly recommend wines based on your experience, tastes, and budget. Seasonals and specials are are also expertly recommended and profiled for your consideration. Good place to pick a bottle up for a dinner party or to drop by and share a bottle with friends out on the deck.
N	Nardia Stanistreet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bottle of wine, didn't even get half way through when the guy in the store came and filled our wine glasses up with far too much wine in a wine glass, took the wine bucket and left the bottle of white wine on the table without the wine bucket to go warm! Working in a wine store you would think the staff would know not to fill up a huge glass with wine and also wine white should be served chilled not left in the table to go warm.. When I asked for ice he didn't have any.. This is the second time we have been and the service has been bad! Won't be back! Sad when we live so close.. The wine is overpriced, set up is good where u can byof.. one good thing about it..

Closed early at 9pm, they offered no suggestions but only obstacles to drinking beyond that hour. They don’t need nor want any business! And their wines are over priced. Bring your money to other deserving places!

E	Eunice Koh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for the free tasting event for the Fanti wines, but was a little disappointed at the lack of engagement during this event to help me learn more about the wine. The worst thing was that even before we finished the tasting portions, we were told to ‘choose our wine’ from the shelves, which left us deeply puzzled before we rationalized that we were being told to purchase wine. My sister and I are wine lovers and have no qualms spending money on wines but we would have preferred to do so without being pressurized, especially since this was supposed to be a ‘complimentary’ tasting event. We eventually left with 2 bottles of wine, including a bottle of the Fanti brunello, but would probably not return again for any other wine events.
