★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Le Nez du Vin 54 Aroma Kit. Wanted to get some info so tried the WhatsApp option and got a very fast and friendly response. Got some recommendations and info and bought the kit. Delivery was the next day. Packaging is very sturdy and the kit is of great quality and I even got a nice free gift. First experience with Winehours and very happy with the service and products.

Dropped them an enquiry and Jenny responded quickly and even recommended alternative choices besides the napa valley options. Eventually ordered more than my planned purchase but totally no regrets. I enjoyed the wines she recommended and will be back for more. Fantastic wines and excellent service ?

Great wine selection but even better is the service: Jenny promptly responded to queries and stock availability. Huge bonus to her making the experience absolutely worth it. She is really passionate about it and spends time discussing and making sure you enjoyed the wine ordered.
