Dr Dale Lim is very knowledgeable and professional . My right eye had difficulty opening for 3 weeks upon awaking up in the morning . I saw him yesterday and used the drops he prescribed, this morning I do not have difficulty opening my eye anymore. Prior to this I had seen another doctor for 2 weeks but it was of no use the range of drops and lubricant he prescribed- as it was assumed the difficulty of opening eye is mainly due to dry eyes. Thank you Tenteram clinic ??

Very appreciate Dr Lim to assist us outside clinic working hours. Solved my problem and make my planned journey can be still on-going without any disturbance.

Came here for booster shot. Clinic definitely is very busy but the staff are damn upz and are managing things well. They were professional yet efficient. Keep it up:) ♥️

Small issue, make big issue. Say this and that? but end up kids don't need medication?still charge and anyhow put them on another 5 days mc make kids can't attend school? Might as well i self medicate and don't see doctor and save my money. Wasting my money, time and not to mention jeopardise our family income cause with so many MC might as well i just dont work anymore and self resign. Don't even listen to our explanation ,super stubborn doctor. FYI, Kids are happily playing,eating and no other symptoms or with no issue. Update: Now say money will be refunded. Its not about the money. The school just requested for a simple memo to allow our kids go school so we can go on with our lives as the kids are fine but doctor insisted on not writing the memo and to make matters worse issued with another 5 days mc. This shows how much whatever was said was totally ignored. Update 4/7/2022: money has not been refunded

Received paracetamol for my almost 4yo with the label stating an overdose. Brought it back expecting them to just admit to a human error (which is totally understandable given how busy they are) and tell me the correct dose (which I could calculate anyways since I’m a pharmacist, it’s also easily googled) but instead was just told that I can just dose it a little lower, like 4ml instead of 5ml and that the dose is ok. My child is 13kg, and 200mg is the upper limit of dosing so 5ml (250mg) is a clear overdose. My reason for bringing it back was because I wanted them to know that not every parent would think of checking the dose but it seems like my concern was just dismissed in a nonchalant manner.

Dr Dale Lim is an experienced and compassionate doctor. I’m very impressed with the results of stye removal surgery performed by him last night.The medications prescribed were helpful and provided great relief. The brilliant treatment by Dr Lim definitely deserves immense thanks and appreciation. I’m grateful and very pleased with the outcome of the surgery. Dr Dale Lim is a great GP who is medically knowledgeable, experienced and has a warm friendly demeanor. He has high hygiene standards and takes all necessary precautions (e.g.PPE, gloves) to protect patients and staff during the pandemic. He also takes the time to thoroughly explain things to patients. The clinic premises are well kept and clean and supporting staff are professional and effective. Highly recommended!
