 The doctor can speak Malay, making communication easier. doctors are also very thorough examining patients. For Indonesian people who need treatment while on vacation in Singapore, I recommend this doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ In response to the negative review. SY Lee Clinic is by appointment system. If you had called 62504433 to make an appointment you would know the exact timing to see the doctor. Walk-in patients have low priority. Hence the long wait. Dr. Lee spends a long time with each patient which is why it is best to make an appointment before going down to the clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Lee has been a fantastic family doctor for the past 15 years. Unfortunately the staff/receptionist sometimes zones into this "auntie mode" rather then a professional receptionist.
Whilst friendly, one cannot help but wonder and be worried sometimes when communicating with the receptionist and important pieces of information are neither noted down nor repeated back properly when asked.
Recommendation: Would much prefer to communicate with Dr Lee via a more standard, professional, and clear format of say writing: rather then through a verbal game of "remember the phrase" with the receptionist.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor is fine and nice, itโs the counter lady that behaves like we owe her a living. Not pleasant, speaks curtly and gives orders with no basic courtesy, ie dont expect any please or thank you. Not expecting 5 star service at all but please be pleasant at the very least. Left and went to the one just next door instead.
