โ โ โ โ โ Engaged them for my house moving - though they were late , they were efficient, fast, friendly , neat , careful, and super helpful. Communication was a breeze and responsive rate was great. Keith , the sales assistant was the one handling me as we conducted a video call to properly assess the house & eventually provide quote. His teams of movers are very helpful and efficient.
They are a little bit on the expensive side but it really does take your minds off unnecessary things to organise.
Extremely satisfied with the service!!

โ โ โ โ โ We had the requirement to move from a bigger home to a smaller one. So, we needed a mover not just to do the move but to also advise us how the move can be best done. Keith, the sales consultant, was very
polite and responded very quickly to our call and he came very quickly and willingly to do a site assessment. The site assessment by Keith, in our opinion, made us confident that he could accurately gauge and therefore quote more accurately the cost, number of lorries and manpower required. He also gave us very good guidance, information and advice of how to prepare for the packing and move. Also, their admin staff, Magdalene, who is in charge of the logistics is very customer focused and helpful. We are happy with the quotes given and there were no hidden costs. Also, the moving team was excellent. Very polite, respectful and helpful. Thank you Keith, Magdalene and the moving team. It is very refreshing to deal with honest people and in our opinion an honest company. We highly recommend "The Trio Movers".

โ โ โ โ โ Messaged them the day before to enquire about moving a 140kg two-door fridge from a storage unit to renovation site. They replied promptly and managed to get an earlier slot for me the next day. Fridge was handled with care and secured in an upright position (our request). The two movers were also very friendly and skilled. I would highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ I just hired the services of Trio movers for my move this week. I had to move twice in 6 months, and Trio movers definitely were way much better than the first mover we hired. They were punctual, neat, organised, honest and careful in their packing.
They helped us in simple unpacking by moving the boxes to the correct rooms. That made further unpacking much easier for us.
Super highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I can't say enough good things about Trio Movers. Their team is extremely well-trained, professional and courteous. The move was completed quickly and efficiently, with the movers being very careful with all of our belongings. The moving process just took 1.5 hrs. Amazing!

โ โ โ โ โ We'd highly recommend Trio Movers too! Especially for their packing and moving services. Rates were reasonable. Communication was responsive. We had 100 boxes in all and every plate and bowl were carefully and individually wrapped in kraft paper including the kitchen condiments! All frozen food were transported in a large ice box and remained frozen when the move ended at the end of the day. All our stuff was responsibly handed with respect. Two teams (pack/load up team and unload/deliver team) came, and they were polite, efficient and very professional. Great service indeed!! Keep it up!
