First time using yong shen services , really happy with their team efficiency and professionalism, especially Jack, very impressive and he gave good and accurate advice and helpful??!! Anyone has plan to move pls go to them for support!!! Shifted from boathouse residence, their service made it a very convenient shift!!

First house moving experience. Was completely stressed out prior to the actual day for the move. On the date of the move, the team was moving at lightning speed. Whole move took only about 1hr 45mins plus an additional drop-off point. Many large and bulky items. The whole moving experience was pleasant. A heavy load taken off from our shoulders. We are pleased and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Big kudos to Kai Jie (if i got it correct) and his team. Well done and I am impressed.

Decided to engage their moving service after reading so many good reviews here, true enough their service was fast and responsive. Easy to get quotation, price are competitive, and if you are not sure just check with them and they will instruct you what to do. The whole moving process was efficient. Already recommended to another relative and they were impressed by their professionalism and service too.

fuss-free and quality service! very reasonable pricing too. checked more than 5 moving companies their quote is the best, no extra or hidden charges too! very responsive in email and on whatsapp. called before coming down and is on time. responsible too, was raining heavily but they waited for the rain to get lighter before moving. very good experience, would engage them again when moving. highly recommend!

YS movers came highly recommended by a friend, and we’re glad we went with them in our recent move. we needed to store our belongings for a few weeks due to renovation delays, so i wanted a single company that could handle move + storage for peace of mind. key observations: - response to initial enquiry was fast and charges were clearly listed over WhatsApp. quick and easy to get a quote for consideration. - chat history serves as the quotation record — best to clarify all questions and be clear what you need - they dropped off boxes the very same day i paid my deposit. efficient! the boxes i received didn’t smell of smoke (which my friend warned me abt), thankfully. - i had A LOT of stuff to move (for a HDB flat dweller) and their estimate on number of truckloads turned out to be accurate. glad there were no surprises there. - on move in and move out days, the team that showed up was friendly and it made the whole experience very positive. it was hard, physical work but Jack and team was super cheerful about it. never thought much about this before, but it actually mattered to know that the pple moving my stuff wasn’t grumpy abt their work. - they protected all the furniture really well (meticulous cling wrapping!!) and nothing that they packed for us was damaged in storage nor transit. nothing went missing either. - they have their own warehouses so they’re not subject to landlords/rental cost pressures. our items were put onto pallets and stayed on them until they were de-palleted at my new place. this was somehow very reassuring for me. YS served us really well in this stressful move. i’d recommend them in a heartbeat — they get the job done and they do it well. ◡̈ but if you’re someone who prefers interacting with polished customer service officers with impeccable communication skills, you probably won’t find that here. ?

Yong Shen Team 05/04/2022 helped us with the move this whole morning (9am - 11.30am)! Very efficient and got everything done within 2 hours. Team was very organised and quick with their packing. They were also very nice to check on each item to make sure that everything was placed according to where we planned. They ensured that every item was wrapped nicely and had an experienced method to carry heavy weight items (like TV, Cabinets, safe boxes etc.) Very good, very fast, very professional and straightforward no delays. ?? Highly recommend for urgent moving of houses and items! Definitely reliable and will engage with them again in the future! ☺️

Yong Shen movers are awesome. Prior to the move, they sent us boxes and told us if not enough we could request for more. The crew is really efficient with the packing, wrapping and loading of our stuffs into their lorries. The entire process is a breeze which took less than 3 hours. Above all, they are proactive and always checking with us on the exact spot to place our stuff, and mindful of not causing any damage to the interior. Highly recommended! Dennis

This is the ONLY mover that really have very experienced staff. I have a 2 door fridge which needs to dismantle doors in order to move through doors. They are the ones who is able to dismantle and assemble. Prior, I enquired more than 6 movers whom do not provide such service. Staff are quite well prepared and equipped. Very friendly too. Cost a bit on the high side, but I have got good service.
