★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older sales person kept lecturing me about their return policy because I exchanged 2 items of clothing which I bought at another outlet (despite being told I could do so). I was quite happy to pick another piece of clothing, knowing that I have to pay extra, and I did.
She told me 3x I can't return the items anymore, and one time she even said, I have to choose properly because I can't return them if I don't like it.
As I was paying, she said it once again!
when I told her, not to worry because I will never again patronize the outlet, she said they are not worried! Great customer relations in thess economic times,esp for retail. Needless to say it was a truly unpleasant shopping at the AMK outlet. Could have purchased 2 or more items but I couldn't wait to get away from the unwelcoming environment.
