LiHO TEA @ Ang Mo Kio HUB - AMK Hub

Liho has two outlets at AMK hub. This review is for the outlet on the 2nd floor. Customer service is non-existent here. All of the staff look like they'd rather be anywhere but here. Don't be in the service line if you have no intention to provide any. Outlet obviously unable to cope with the combined volume of walk-in customers plus food delivery orders. Waited more than 15 mins for a very simple drink (citron green tea, no sugar) and no big orders ahead of me. Will not patronise again.

Outlet manager Chao Min is yawning in front of every customer, mentioned the wrong price and gave me wrong change amount. I wonder if my order will be prepared correctly. This is a big no no for service line.

Chrysan. I stood there while waiting for her to empty 1 carton of cups to store into the cabinet while customers started forming a line behind me. I ask if she could take my order after she slowly emptied the carton and was getting to the 2nd carton. She told me to continue to wait without looking at me and went on to open the new box. I stood there looking at her and she ignored me totally. Is that customer service? Might as well install a vending machine? I didn't buy in the end and I doubt I will buy next time. This is the 2nd time I encountered bad service. And I only attempted to buy from this place twice.

I always forgot what made me say to my friends “I only go to LiHo as a last resort”. Thanks for reminding me and for giving me another reason why.... Went to LiHo today to purchase two drinks. When my number was called, I approached the collection point to collect my order. However, when the staff only gave me one of the two drinks, I quickly informed the staff: “I’ve ordered two drinks”. Immediately, the staff frown at me and “showed me attitude” before taking my other drink (hidden on her side of the counter) and packed it in the separate plastic bag. Side note: If there are two drinks, the staff will usually use a bigger bag and pack the two drinks together. I will understand if the counter staff is unaware that I have ordered two drinks (as the cashier staff usually do not handle customer at the collection point), but I don’t believe it is appropriate to vent their anger towards their customers for THEIR OWN MISTAKES! Let’s get that right! FYI, there are only two customers (including myself) at the store at the time of the incident.

22Nov2020@1900 AMK HUB Prefer the outlet at level 2 over the one at the Basement. The Basement of the Hub is so messy, cramped and food outlets unappealing. At level 2, two ladies in attendance that day and time were pleasant and efficient. Requests were well understood and well prepared. The place is pleasant for preparing the drinks. Always be prepared to wait patiently and the drink will turn out nice and tasty.

Atrocious service. Staff prepare online orders first.... Had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of green tea when there was no queue... When asked the service staff why the long wait, they told me that they were preparing online orders... Shouldn't physical orders have as much priority as the online orders? If you want to cater to the online audience, why bother opening a physical store? Just operate from a central kitchen. Got my order wrong dispite the long wait and had to wait for another 5 minutes for them to reprepare the drink. Total wasted 15 minutes at the store just for a cup of mediocre green tea.

If u cannot even cope with ur retail long Q customer then Turn Off ur delivery App la.. ask us to wait for 10min then can take order.. Nonsense.... price seem to have increase..

Drinks are ok but the staff’s attitude so bad. Buy milk tea with payment, never ask for free but show attitude like we ask them for free milk tea. Feel like their boss dont know how to train staffs properly. They dont know what is the customer service.
