★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor security service. Yesterday I rode a grab to get home and at the front gate the security won’t open the gate. It was clear that the security was at the post and the car was in front of the gate but he did not open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor finishing. Weird design. The main entrance was so small that we even thought it is back door when driving in. Kinda wasted such a good location. Overall whole project feels like those motels suitable for airbnb rather than own stay or invest.
