★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MC here obsessed with control and power over other residents. Inflexible and incredible rules such as residents cannot come back after midnight (??) And private hire vehicles cannot enter after 11.30pm, even if raining. No shelter from driveway to block. Block number not even visible from driveway so delivery riders and cabs have a hard time.
