My wedding planner was Wenxin for my wedding held at the Sky Garden at iFly. Initially I thought she looked really young and was afraid that the demands of my family might overwhelm her. Little did I know how capable she was. She envisioned the whole wedding right from the start and actually made the entire mood board come to life. I was so blown away by the decoration, flowers and set up the minute I stepped into Sky Garden. Everything exceeded expectations and the coordination of her team was impeccable. She was like a secret police with her ear piece, communicating with her team and making sure that everything was on cue especially with the fireworks. She also emailed me the wedding video at 2am after the wedding, when she had already spent all day planning, organizing and packing up. The team and Wenxin were beyond amazing, going the extra mile at every step, making the whole wedding planning a breeze and the actual day a dream :)

We had a 1-hour consultation with Wenxin. She was very knowledgeable and she answered all of our questions patiently. We can feel that she is very experienced in this field and know that we are in good hands.

Had the joy of working with Wen Xin and team! Without a doubt, they made the day all the more memorable! Engaged her from the very start and never regretted the decision made. We had our first consultation with Wenxin, who walked us through the wedding planning process. She is knowledgeable and also proactive in suggesting alternatives when we were unsure on the full planning vs partial planning. Before engaging Wenxin and Caroline from The wedding stylist for our Pre-Wedding Shoot and Actual Wedding Day, we were given an hour of free consultation to have an idea of what we were getting ourselves into. Our takeaway from the meeting - They will journey with us throughout our wedding preparations. And they do advocate regular, friendly and open communications, which met our hiring expectations and criteria. Our journey with them was indeed a blessing, We were treated with love, patience and kindness. Caroline handled the consultations with vendors. When we showed signs of stress, Caroline was able to calm our nerves. She will go above and beyond to assist in any way possible even responding to late evening / after office hour messages and emails. Her genuine care for us was shown when she came to all my appointments with the bridal house when she need not be there. Her opinions were honest and there was always updates on the progress leading up to the actual day. Wenxin, handled the media part of our wedding preparation. She have a flair for creativity and she draws closely to ideas from what we inspires us. It is always reassuring to hear from both Caroline and Wenxin and to work with them.
