★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This coffee shop is so under rated that I can't find much info on Google. No crowd at all when I was here at sunday 3pm, best part is parking is free right in front of the coffee shop. The dimsum and vinegar pork throttle was so good(forgot to take picture) that I need to post despite I don't have proper picture taken, u must try these yourself, even the kopi and teh is above avg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super underrated hidden gem in Queenstown! Zichar store blew our mind, tried a different dishes and quality is very good, hor fan with wokhei, har cheong gai must try! We love the food from the roasted store and dim sum as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not everyday that you find a dim sum joint at a HDB food court, so I have no complaints about its existence. However, the quality of food is inconsistent and service is messy and unorganized. With better procedures and little more attention to detail (ensuring liu sha baos are not soaked through, youtiao is chee cheong fun is not stale and remains crisp, etc.), this is a place worth repeated visits. Their fried stuff is better because they tend to be freshly prepared upon order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this HK dim sum restaurant. Opened in 2020. Not bad tasting but paying restaurant prices for coffee shop atmosphere isn’t exactly affordable. Having said that dim sum is better than Kimly etc. Just not as good as your regular dim sum restaurant.
