★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed with this company and the way it handles customer service. I bought a set of 4 cartridges from them in Oct but after less than 10 prints, my printer stopped recognising the cartridges, making it impossible for me to print. I have also come to realise that 2 of the 4 cartridges have started leaking ink. I tried to contact them on the chat platform on Shopee but received automated responses which did not help. Eventually i was asked to send an email to their technical team. I emailed them as advised, attaching a video of the problem as well. But i received no response. So I decided to reach out to them again on Shopee chat but realised they have actually blocked me ! This is not how a professional and self-respecting company should respond to customer feedback. When the product works, they enjoy the good reviews but when it fails their response is sloppy and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ink for TS8370 - it consist of 6 ink cartridges, which usually cost about $35 each. I am able to get a whole set for $95, more than 50% cheaper. The cartridges are compatible - the printer even said "original detected". Delivered in <3 days.

Thank you in particular to Nic who even responded to me on late nights, weekends and even public holidays. To all potential customers of this company, I can safely say you can purchase with confidence from them with peace of mine and if anything goes wrong, they will go all the way out to help you. Highly recommended.

But Nick was so kind and glad to accommodate, that without even a questions asked he exchanged and gave me the new inks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially skeptical about compatibles as I heard many horror stories. Decided to give it a try after hearing theinksupply’s advert on 100.3FM. Got both ink and label stickers for printing. Order was processed on the day itself and delivered on the following.
To my pleasant surprise, the ink in both cartridge and bottle forms worked well like the original. Would return for other print supplies in future as the price point is much friendlier compared to retail stores.
