★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hard to get a super fast flower delivery service, that also provide greats customer service and quality. The bouquet looks exactly like in the photos - very premium look and feel. I received an immediate update once it was delivered (it was a gift). I was gifted flowers from Dawn, and because I loved it so much, I decided to go back to use their servicer as the gifting person. Highly recommended :-)

Literally stood outside their shop unit waiting for an hour for my bouquet instead of 20 mins that was communicated when I arrived. Very frustrating. Will not recommend as I reached at 3pm which is well within the collection window of 2-6pm but the flowers are done too last minute.

I ordered Sunday night and they delivered the flowers over about 2pm plus the following day. They even gave me a small surprise with a small bouquet that I can place it on my coffee table. Highly recommend.
