I booked the service, they are punctual, but the attitude is quite rude, and i have booked for assemble bed service, but they are very unprofessional to assemble it, all just assemble the sturcture of bed without any screw! My bed has come with the hardware but they secretly throw it! And the driver even shout at me in the phone such as WE ARE PROFESSIONAL TEAM AND WE NEVER HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM! Luckily i saw it and in the end i found the hardware myself in the dustbin downstairs, and my bed is spoiled partly because of their careless. 2nd, because i show him the picture that i found they throw my hardware, he no choice and said they come to screw for me again, then here is the thing, during arranging the date he can come, he sounds like he is the customer and i am his staff and i must match his time like that, i just want to solve the problem so i try to understand he is busy and arrange with him the date he want, we book 7pm and after that he said he cannot come on time and ask me to wait, i said i cant as i have another arrangement after that, then he become very rude again and ask me go complaint him never mind. Thats all, wont recommend to friend but stop them for booking this company service.

The guys did a wonderful job. Experienced and professional movers. App usage was user friendly and very straight forward. Communication was easy with the mover as well as customer service. Will definitely recommend.

i booked at van for moving on 26/10 12.30pm, last minutes informed that the car break down and the earliest timing to rearrange is 1.30pm. very unprofessional. wasting my time just for waiting. end up i have to rearrange my transport with other company.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM Assigned a booking, got an email confirming date and time Called the driver but he claimed he is on another booking at another location Cannot call through to customer support - get an automated number Wasted my timeslot

Stressful experience!! Had to move house on 31st Dec. Booked 2days in advance. Received call from them on the day of the move saying they still have not found a driver. We agreed to a later time since we have to move that day. They called back around an hour later saying they will just cancel the booking since they couldn't find a match. Wow! Unreliable with a capital U!!! Left in the lurch just like that!!

I used this delivery service with a week's notice, to move a washing machine and clothes dryer, plus other bulky stuff between two locations. The movers were very accommodating and professional. I will definitely use this provider again.

The parcel arrived at sorting center 10days ago and until today there is no further dispatch arrange. Check with the CS only receive robot or copy paste responses. Cannot solve the problem. Update: 20days after the issue raised, despite multiple communication and promises were given, the items are not delivered and returned to seller. Completely waste of time. I don't recommend anyone to use the service. It is disappointing that Lazada use this company as default. Completely crab.
