Herbs and kitchen spices are planted on raised podiums which are at a height which is accessable for people on wheelchair. Edible plants are grown in the garden which may help people with dementia and sometimes makes people nostalgic. The garden also contains a flowing water which has a soothing and calming nature and benches for people to sit and relax.
