30-Dec We have been waiting dor Bus 172 from 1:30pm The next bust was supposed to be at 1:38. But no bus come-up. After 1:45 I went to the transport office to check, the staffs did not bother ask what I came for. By surprice, suddenly a bus come to bay at 1:50. Similarly bus 983 also doesn't keep up time in the morning hours.

The brand new (actually one year old now) Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange nested in the heartland of Choa Chu Kang town. Practically everything here is modern. From the commuter communication systems, to the new buses, to the electronic display of real-time bus information, to the ticket office with its electronic ticketing machines, to the customer service centre to the vendor services kiosk, to the various stalls selling local foods, this is a display of a well designed and constructed bus interchange that serves residential areas around Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee, Teck Whye, Bukit Panjang, and industrial areas around Sungei Tengah, Sungei Kadut. Stepping out of this interchange will lead immediately into MacDonald’s and a few steps further into Lot One Shoppers’ Mall. A few more steps will get one to the Choa Chu Kang MRT Station and public amenities include Choa Chu Kang Town Council, Choa Chu Kang Public Library and Choa Chu Kang Park. Of course, not forgetting the Choa Chu Kang / Bukit Panjang LRT system.

Bus driver is unattentive and less sympathy. ( bus no 302 time 0812 hrs. Lack of training may cause more complaint in the future.

Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families.

Bad experience in this morning taking 301 bus on 18 April 2022 at 7.35am. The bus driver never on the Air-Con and the whole bus is full of people. I almost going to fainted lucky I'm with my daughter. Hope you'll can improve yours services.
