I like to go Theresa for facial & body massage because they have very professional April, Jinny .and Alicia , Sofia for body massage to me .Their skill excellence for my tummy , that’s no more boater, and feel slim more . My skin was brightened.. here is very nice place feel very comfortable.. all staff was friendly.

I have been their customer for around 2years. My beautician, Apearl, is very professional and skilled. She always choose the most suitable and effective facial treatment depending on my facial condition. I tried their deep cleansing treatment recently, it was definitely a pleasant experience. My face has been more acne prone especially after wearing mask during covid period, making my pores oily and clogged. But after this treatment, my face feels clean and refreshed! Its not painful at all. Worth to give it a try!

Decided to use my Classpass credits to try out their Hydra Peel Express, and my beauty consultant if I'm not wrong was Amberlyn, and she made the whole process comfortable and even explained to me what she was applying to my skin. Liked that there was minimal hard-selling, and my skin was glowly and smooth after the facial. :-)

I bought their 11.11 flash sale promotions ($23) and went for a facial date with mom. Decided to upgrade to get the extractions for the both of us (around $60+ each) because I really wanted to do a facial extraction. The facial was really nice and relaxing. The therapists did a good job. They even offered us the couple's room and we weren't even charged extra for it. Pleasantly decorated rooms with faux greenery. Therapists are foreign but were polite and did not chat with each other during the facial, which contributed to the calm and serene ambience. Music could have been played on better quality speakers but it didn't bother me too much. One less star because they did try to sell me the packages more than once after i said no a few times. However, my skin sort of broke out the following week after the facial. It was more clogged and I had many tiny bumps on my cheeks and forehead where I usually never get blemishes.

I am happy and impressed with the beauty therapist Apple service. She is very skillful and makes you feel comfortable. She is sensitive to your needs. Her extraction is very skillful. She makes sure your skin is thoroughly cleanse before you leave the salon. She will try to tailor and accommodate you. Jinny the manager is very approachable and friendly. She is not pushy at all. A understanding and pleasant lady.

First time trying out their massage. May is a very experienced masseuse. I specifically requested for a Meridien massage and she did a good job. The pain in my wrists was significantly lessen. Before and after the massage, I was met by Apple. Great customer service! Not pushy at all and no hard selling. I booked another session and most likely will take up a package with them
