β β β β β I have to say i have never expected it. My door roller has been protruding out for some time to the extend of putting plaster around so that we can close it. Last night i decided to fix it once and for all and began to whatsapping around for people to fix it some respond not avail or simply not to be bothered till i received a response from 8782 9584. To my pleasant surprise, the person replied not to fix an appointment to fix it and charge me for it but with a video how to fix it. the solution is that SIMPLE but to a layman like me i will need to pay to know it. His selfless act has prompted me to return his kindness with this review. You may not earned my business but definitely earned my trust. thank you for your ethical professionalism - best wished from JonXu

β β β β β the pre sale service is very good but the after sale is really very terrible. I had to advice mine friend and relative to consider before doing it.
I changed 3 doors in August 2021, 30 December 2021 one of the door knob was unable to operate. I had a hard to look for the contact, after i had found it, it was an answering machine whose name as "Serene".
After left behind my contact, an hour later a lady called up and checked out what happened. She told me she will looked for the invoice and give me a call back but an hour later still no news. Therefore I rang up and look for Serene, she then told me she is not the one who spoke to me and kept saying that she is busy with all walk in customer. So had to attend to them before me. She pushed my case to another staff, Gen, this staff said will checked with the office staff. I waited for another day. In the end nothing was done and not even a call to tell me. I had to chased by whatsapo him and also have to be patient with all this, he told me gave him a few days to look for his office staff, till today still no news.
Can I recommend THE DOOR to mine friends and relatives?

β β β β β Have not gotten my door for a month. Customer service was rather poor, service person will just tell you to deal with the factory installer. And leave you with unsupported information and lies in general. Happy to receive call from the firm. Recorded conversation with sales man who claims installer came and left as no one was at home. Was home with baby cam aiming at the door, deviated from a slot ot 530-8pm. Waited till 930 to finally contact the installer who later confirms he is not coming as it's too late. Serviceman would just say it's like that, you either accept or accept the new timing, basically nothing he can do. Just form my pov, it's no deal. I pray hard my doors still come safely and with the items we spend on.

β β β β β Pleasant to unpleasant experience: Receipt no. 30375. 1/4/22 went to showroom to purchase door and gate. Salesperson convinced to buy the package with 2 digital locks. Went ahead to pay for the higher package since salesperson was smooth. Installation date was postponed from 16/4/22 to 26/4/22. Installation completed except gate has no lock because Yale installer informed it was out of stock and Yale will contact again when stock arrives. Called TD on 13/6/22 and a lady picked up, she said will rectify with Salesperson and Yale. She kept saying Yale will contact me for installation but refuse to give Yaleβs contact number. And alike some of the reviews, she did not call me back til now 17/6/22. My gate has no lock and it is so inconvenient. I donβt know when the installation will happen. You have to keep to the order fulfilment. The long wait is so unacceptable. Please donβt just commend to positive reviews, please do something about this too. Give Yale contact person number or give me an installation date.

Super accommodating paired with open communication personified. Open to discussion and patient.
As a project manager working alongside her for the past 2 years, I can say a dedicated sales team member like serene is hard to come by.

β β β β β Started off really well, but ended poorly. Went down to their showroom, server by Jan who was really service oriented and we decided to sign the package for 5 doors. Come installation day, was scheduled for 12-3pm, but no calls up till 3pm. Called the WhatsApp contact that liaised the installation schedule, Serene. Was told that installer got held up and had to push back to 430pm, which our management didn't allow. Pushed the blame to the installer side, not really apologetic about it and had to reschedule. So our painting had to be done first before the door which wasn't what we intended. Come installation day, we were told at the showroom that the installers will call us upon completion, which wasn't the case. Went to our home and the doors were already installed, without our knowledge. As painting was already done, the installers workmanship and care for the house is almost non existent. Scratches on door frame, on the painted walls, all caused by them leaning the doors on the walls. Called Serene to give feedbacks on the experience but was really defensive about it. The door should really stand in the customer's viewpoint and take constructive criticism instead of playing the blame game. We are not even asking for compensation for any discounts, just trying to give feedbacks as customer. Wouldn't recommend them to any of our friends and relatives.
