My experience from purchasing Thermomix through their company website has been disappointing. You would expect to be at least informed of the delivery date and time after spending more than two thousand SG dollars on a piece of equipment. I was left clueless after payment and had to contact their customer service to confirm that it was not a scam. And yes, the standard delivery is on a weekday between 9am and 10pm. I probably expected too much from Thermomix Singapore.

Buying the Thermomix is one of my best investment ever!! I have closed my gas stove top since I bought my Thermomix. Nothing beats cooking with it! No more slaving over the stove, time spent cleaning up the stove top and surrounding cabinet tops after cooking.. so much time saving for me! Meals are cooked to perfection every time. ❤️ The auto updating Cookidoo function that keeps giving my Thermomix new features is unbelievable! I never had issues with it, cos it works seamlessly with the wifi mesh I have installed at home that covers all the way to my kitchen where my Thermomix resides. Smart and intuitive technology! Calling my Thermomix a home appliance does not sound quite right.. I like to think it ranks up there with the Ferraris and Porsches in the home appliance segment. *Wink!✌️?

The collection was fast, highly proficient. Building was easily accessible via private transport. Though this is more of a venue review instead of product review, I'd like to take a chance to share: Thermomix is TRULY AMAZING and BRILLIANT! It can cook almost anything that a family wants.

Contacted them to replace cover plate it took few months to handle enquiry yet they sent driver to collect machine without inform properly on what needs to be done. After sales service is awful

Bought in october 2021. Working so well untill today 21 nov 2021. Shows error c625. Couldnt connect to my cookidoo account. My wifi has no problem. Have been placing at the same place bt today it gave me this problem. I have guest coming and wanted to show them hw incredible this machine is. Had to manually cook instead of using my cookidoo acct. Factory reset it bt still couldnt log in. Hope they will help me asap. 22 Nov 2021 - Called them and they told me to send in my machine. Will take 7 to 10 days to rectify.

It was stated that I will be contacted for delivery upon order made on their website, however no calls came in. Had to reach out to them via various means (Contact Us section of their website & Facebook Messenger). Eventually was informed via Messenger that they do not have any stocks now. Asked for ETA of new replenishment, but no answers given. This is made worse as this was meant as a gift to someone for this weekend. If this is the level of service given, then this is a bad start. Not the sort of experience you wish to get even before the item is delivered. It doesn’t help that they do not have a contact number and you have no means to speak to someone except to wait for their replies on Messenger, which hardly comes by anyway. So right now, I am still waiting for someone to give me more information on when I can expect the item to be delivered (if they are even planning on responding). Really abysmal service and experience. Edited: They managed to provide a resolution eventually. However there is still room for improvement when it comes to delivery process and communicating to customers when stocks are unavailable. Appreciate the effort to resolve the issue though, so changed my rating solely due to the effort taken.

Product is good (although the base is made of plastic). But customer service is bad. Faced some issue with my order, called them, was asked to write in and the reply I got was a standard short answer.

Worst experience ever. For a luxury product their team is clearly not trained for customer service. My machine is stuck for 2 weeks (I was supposed to have a feedback after 7 days...) for servicing and nobody picks up the phone, respond to emails - silence radio. I hope I'll get my machine back. Can someone help?
