c	careers careers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been happy dealing with thinkone, but after dealing with hendry (sales person) and also referred him client, he was rude to client I have recommended and also take days to weeks to reply. I have given them a second chance by dealing with sales person Liza, she promised to revert by Monday 30/09/19 but till date no reply after multiple attempt contacting her.

Should seriously train their staff in their personal attitude towards customers requesting for final settlement of the vehicle. The way the lady spoke was terrible rude. I want to do full settlement not taking any loan nor default on any instalment. Why give me such craps attitude and make settlement so painful. I will never use them at all. For those thinking to get car loan, think twice before engaging them.

My uncle repeated his several of his purchase for vans & 10 footer trucks with Think One. My colleagues & I sold & bought our Mercedes & Volkswagen cars with Think One too, because they offered good price & easy loan approval. Nice dealer : )

We purchased 2 Brand new similar units of Honda Shuttle from Think One based on what the Showroom display and with photos of the vehicles. On the day of delivery, Think One deliver 1 unit of the previous model and different from what we purchased and different from our 2nd unit as well. We rejected the vehicle and requested for delivery of the vehicle that we purchased and agreed on however the Boss of Think One is not willing to and only offered to discount $1000.00 off the purchase price for us to accept the wrong vehicle. Please do take note that we are not any Beggars and there's no sincerity in your counter offer for this wrong registration of the vehicle on what we agreed on. And do not look down on commoners like us thinking that a discount of $1000.00 to make us accept the wrong vehicle instead of replacing us with the correct Vehicle. We purchased 8 vehicles from Think One and there's no sincerity in the counter offer proposal from them. Never never trust in Think One and The Boss of the Company, they cannot be trusted.

We were sold a car previously used for private hire and Mr. Henry Goh did not bother to disclose this information to us until our insurance purchase was rejected. This was when we found out that Mr. Henry had failed to register our car accurately under personal use but continued the previous vehicle scheme under Private Hire. So disappointing and unprofessional - can't even get a simple car registration done correctly, let alone providing full information to the customer. I will never buy any vehicles from Think One again.

I was served by Eric, extremely honest and wont give you hidden fees from behind. I did not even view the car and gave him the deposit because of his confidence and honesty. I like people who works this way. His name is Eric and i believe his method of work will bring him success in future. This is my first time purchasing from Think One.
