1) they added in "admin fees" after signing the purchase order
2) they promised nothing that they said they would: changing of oil, cleaning the car
3) they act blur when my car has problems and kept dragging my time saying they will go "check"
ultrex auto credit is one of the most untrustworthy dealers i have ever met... avoid at all cost...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with Danteh Mok. Very Dodgy car dealer. They go under so many names - Ultrex Auto and Just Paper and don't know what else. They said they did major servicing for my car before i bought the car but they did nothing. We found out that there are problems with the engine within a month. Since it is within the warranty period, they promised to do my engine. In the end they kept my car for 2 weeks and did nothing. They are also located at Block 28 Sin Ming Dr.
