★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdresser has very unkind heart. She treats elderly badly. My mum has leg problem and moved slow, she was so angry with black face throughout whole session. Worst, she washed and wet my mum's whole body and blamed my mum not sitting high enough. She could simply tell me to move my mum higher. Not a word of sorry. We only want her to apologise.
