She is a very friendly consultant who occasionally initiate small talk and provides extremely useful hair care tips during the session. Marvellous service provided by the consultant and would greatly recommend her service. Thank you!

Scalp treatment cleansed 70 percent of clogged pores which consultant also explained that it is not possible to see 100% results in 1 session. No hard sell which I am super grateful for. I bought two bottles of shampoo and 1 conditioner to try out first. Will come back to take 5 session package if the products proven to be suitable for me. No stress and enjoyable the session.

Cindy pang was my consultant and explained me the root cause of my hair loss with the help of a scalp study and gave me proper knowledge on how to cure it with their treatment sessions. My 5sessions have done by Cindy, Krystal, and LenYan. All of them are so nice, friendly, and fabulous in their work.
It reduces my hair loss gradually and also improves my scalp condition. I have remained another 5sessions to see the final result. Thank you all. You guys are amazing.
