Got a few quotation, but only Thom Signature design and expertise has won my hearts. Big Brand company is impressive but cost are much higher and contractor are like salesman. Engaged Thom Signature for my humble 4rm house renovation and were happy with the result. My wife is impressed with the design and we would recommend Thom Signature Design to others. Thom Signature Design provide designer quality with affordable price.

It has been a smooth and seamless renovation process thanks to Allen and his team. Allen is receptive to feedback and is quick to respond to any of our concerns on defects, etc. We appreciate that he offered honest and technical advice, but always allowed us to make our own choices, even when they differed from his advice. He also respected our design and did not insist/sway from the initial design intent. Will recommend his team to friends and family ?

A good ID really makes a world of difference. We were disappointed with our previous experience with another company doing our first BTO flat, and so were determined to shortlist and choose an ID that we felt most comfortable working with for our resale flat. We decided to go with Allen after much deliberation and we were happy that we made this decision. Allen was very responsive (a trait that i personally appreciate alot), was able to give practical advice and forsee certain situations due to his vast experience and patient too in handling our queries (no matter how big or small, or how many times we ask). There were inevitable minor hiccups along the way but Allen was quick in resolving them and did not once try to push/deflect the blame. Hence we were able to put our trust in him that he would do the right things. Really enjoyed working with him through this long reno journey to make this resale flat our own :)

I am contractor too but due to my job all tight up and my wife said to try her friend’s ID service so I just give it a try as price is reasonable. Mr Thomas heard my wife reply and use white. Everything must satisfy my wife first (she is my boss) as she is mainly home most of the time. His ideal was good and I got a new kitchen facelift yet still within my budget. Mr Thomas advice me what no need to do to save cost and what need to be done to give that satisfying look. Great material quality, great workmanship, great overall service. Thanks to Mr Thomas doing his best to complete my renov during covid season when workers was in high demand, less workers. Although some time delay but it’s understandable during such pandemic. I highly recommend to give Thom Signature a try. Their price is acceptable and competitive, looking at the good materials provided, this company really uphold their promise and did not under deliver. Thanks Mr Thomas, I’m happy to have this bright kitchen. Good!

I engaged Thomas back in 2017 to renovate my home and since then he has helped in multiple small home projects. Having recommended him to other friends and family members, everyone is happy with Thomas’ service. He is good and reliable, and also responsive. Being first time house owners and perfectionists, it was stressful trying to conceptualize what we wanted for our house. However, Thom was able to intuitively understand what we wanted and listened actively when we shared our rough concepts. Thom was also able to bring our ideas to life by drawing them. He was also able to provide sound advice when our ideas were too impractical based on his experience and knowledge. It doesn’t take anyone long to discover that renovating a home can be a daunting task, often riddled with frustration and disappointment. So, as experienced home owners, it was with some trepidation that we made the decision to redo the flat we had just bought and would eventually call home.
