I think they should inform the customer in advance to see whether we prefer another car, instead of just try their luck to see whether the sound will on and off or not. My whole trip was spoilt and we have to risk our life to sit in a car with noise coming out from the front as we are rushing back to attend my sister's wedding the next day morning. And we just noticed the sound after we passed the busy traffic at Woodland Custom and on the highway. This is the FIRST trip where I stay alert while my husband is driving.
