Lady boss very good, got explain and pass me the door set to measure. Served by 2 lady staff, both very friendly didnt rush when i was slowly looking for different items. Shop got alot of stuff, good place to find those rare DIY items.

Horrible shop!!! I bought a few Water Seal from this shop from a old auntie, I was not assure the dimension so I bought my old one and asked old auntie to recommend, she chooses a 10mm water seal and passed it to together with a receipt. I went back and tried to install, it was not working due to dimension don’t match. I drove to the shop to ask for help to change to 12mm. Old auntie refused to attend to me and asked me to wait, later on she told me It can’t change. I asked her why can’t change, I did not damage the Item and she did not tell me “it can’t change” while she sold the item to me; she just walked away and pretend to be busy. I have not choice but to seek for help from other staff, other staff asked me to go to the old auntie. I gave up and told her I would like to buy new 12mm since I have drove down. She refused to sell it to me. I went back to office and then called their office line and requested to speak to the shop owner, owner told me the same thing “can’t change”. IF YOU ITEM CANT CHANHE WHY DONT YOU TELL PPL UPFRONT!!!!

Very knowledgeable staffs. The aunty helped us a lot with the knob and door handle! They have a lot of stuffs too!
