Ah Wei is very very experienced and patient. He gave us so many helpful advices. As our last pet dog experience was almost 30 years ago, we felt more confident to bring our new puppy home after spoken to him.

Visited a few pet shops and decided on Tian Chai. Friendly and helpful staff. Great advice and the puppies are ready to go home with you on the day itself. Trainer Ah Wei was great help too, taught us what we need to know as first timers.

We are first time dog owners and had an excellent experience with ms yeo and mr wei from tian chai petshop. We got our puppy cavapoo (kobe) on the spot from our first visit down to their shop at amk ave 5. They exhibited great patience and genuine concern and showed us 4 puppies to choose from, 2 cavapoos, a havanese and a cockerpoo. We fell in love with kobe at first sight and also felt assured that we can rely on yeo and wei if we need their subsequent support, hence, decided to bring kobe home that day. We have also just made a return visit yesterday to get kobe’s food supplies from them. Kobe was so happy and excited to see wei again and kept trying to hugs from him! Lol We will not hesitate to recommend tian chai to anyone.

I had a great experience with Mr Ah Wei and Ms Yeo for helping me get the best puppy for me. They're very accommodating to my schedule, and the best of all I think I've found my new soulmate in the name of Miki (Cavapoo). Even during pickup, Mr Ah Wei gave me some tips for my first week with the puppy, some dos and donts, and even replying to my queries after I went home (and the week after that). They give you all the things you need, including dog food, shelter and even toys, so you don't have to worry about buying all the stuff first, you really just need to pick up your new member of the family. I dunno about you but that's what I call great service. They take care of their dogs like their own, and that's also their expectation to the new owners of their pups. They know it's a huge commitment so there's no hard selling or pressure, they're just that accomodating and helpful. I have nothing but thanks to both of you guys, and hoping more people will find you and give them bundles of joy.

We were reffered to this place by a friend who had got their puppy from here. Mr Ah Wei and Ms Yeo is very knowledgeable about what puppy will suit your family the best. Though we had gone with the intention of getting a cavachon, Ms yeo helped us pick Bella, cavapoo who has fit really well into our family. Mr Ah Wei gave us training on how to take care of the puppy as we are first time owners and answered all our questions and is helping on WhatsApp even after 2 days. Thanks a lot.

We have had a pleasant experience in dealing with the team at Tian Chai. We brought home Skippy, our first ever pet dog, yesterday after about a week long search and few visits to the pet shops. Ah Wei, the in house trainer, was helpful in recommending the right pet for us and he even went through a checklist for first time pet owners like us. We still have a long way to go before Skippy settles down in the new environment and are hoping to go through it without much stress :)

What I like about the experience is that ah wei and Ms Yep were very patient with us. They allowed us to interact with the puppies and help us to narrow down to this lovely cavapoo. Being a first time dog owner, there are many things to learn. Ah Wei has been really helpful to assist us and explained carefully the whole procedure to us.

We had Cooper last Sunday, he is a very adorable 4 months old Cavapoo. He is just with us for 7 days and we very happy that in 4-days Cooper have already mastered his potty and cage training.
