★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite stalls in this famous food centre. Serves various kinds of noodles from dan dan noodles to 炸酱面 to pork rib noodles. They have added 麻辣香锅 to their menu and will try that the next time. One of the few China Chinese food stalls left in this food centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carefukly inspect the ingredients, compare to many stall, you will realised that the ingredients they add, are not commonly found in those similar stall setup. For once, there are Huai Jiao and thier meat freshness of fatty pork, pork big intestines and beef are all tender and soft. One missing ingredients are chen pi but thats only in high end restaurant serving. Eg. HDL Mala Xiang Guo ingredients pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried Ma La Xiang Guo at this stall 天天见麻辣香锅 in Circuit Road Food Centre. Quite a variety of vegetables and meat to choose and mix from. Their Ma La Xiang Guo wasn't really that spicy but still quite flavorful with sufficient numbness and still not overly oily.
