★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This char kway teow stall serves its stuff on the wet side, while I did not see pork lard, it is quite good and felt less sinful but retaining the taste of the dark sweet sauce. Generous with Chinese sausage and the fish cake chosen is of quite good quality, not affecting the taste of the kway teow

Cockles are raw and cold, the cook added in just before plating the CKT and i doubt it's cooked properly within that short amount of time. Spat the cookles out.
Below average taste. Avoid if you can.

The fried noodles came with crispy lard chips sprinkled on top. However, the sweet black sauce was overwhelming, and masked the wok hei and spicy tastes. Could not taste the fried eggs too.
Sadly overdone, otherwise would have been a great plate of char kway teow.
