Ingredients are fresh and food is still warm when arrived at my doorstep. Very friendly customer service, and delivery auntie & uncle. They would update via wa to inform the food is there.

Portion is huge for 1 person, enough to eat over 2 meals. After a week, I received phone call to ask for feedback for food/delivery/taste etc. Very friendly.

The food quality is consistent & food is always delivered hot. Delivery uncle is friendly. Can even view the daily menu from their website. I especially love their fusion dishes as after whole week of eating Chinese confinement meals, it can get a little bit boring. The customer service is prompt & responsive.

Dishes has been tasty and nutritionally well planned, soups were generous in ingredients and tasty as well. Good Customer and Delivery Services. Highly recommended.

My favorite dishes would be the red wine fermented chicken and all of the soup catered. Taste wise for some of the dishes could be further elevated with a bit of spices or natural ingredients. The red date tea was nourishing! I’m impressed by the customer service team. I had initially signed up with Tian Wei Signature’s sister company Relacto and had requested for a transfer to Tian Wei. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The transfer process was efficient and seamless. The flexibility to skip meals just by informing the team the day before 3pm is also a plus point for me. Would recommend Tian Wei Signature!

Delivery is always on time, they will even give me a call to inform me the food is at my door when my main door is shut. They have a different variety of food daily. I love most of their dishes. Customer service will also call along the way to check on feedbacks, they are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the delicious confinement food. It has been a very pleasant experience.
