Has been using this company for this past years.
So far the encounter up till today is still satisfied.
Of cause it is not a perfect company and there is never a perfect company.
In between this service, there are hiccup that occurred.
However was all solved.
Overall, this is a company that i will still continue dealing with regarding my company's account as long as my company still running.
Would recommend for SME to use it as it's pocket friendly and will solve all doubts.

I had some bad experience with another accounting service provider previously, very poor communication and inexperienced bookkeepers located overseas. I am glad I finally switched to Tianlong last year. Unlike many other accounting services, they really know how to do accounts for e-commerce business. They have a client portal to chat with clients, which makes communication super easy. More importantly, the service fees Tianlong offers are also very competitive. Highly recommended.
