Tiger Brokers (Singapore) Pte Ltd - Tower

Promised free us commission but after I have invited my friend and she has deposit $100 they gave a lot of excuses and did not want to enable free US commission for my account. Just use moomoo waste of time.

Lousy trading platform. I bought some shares in counter CURUF and was given some free shares in counter LURAF. Wanted to sell the LURAF shares to close the counter but Tiger could not do it as they could not trade this counter. My friend using Ameritrade has no problem at all to sell the free LURAF shares given. Can something be done?

Received a call this morning from 6833 8354 at 11:55am. The caller said her name is Megan/Meagan. Initially she mentioned she found me through JobStreet and asked if im interested in TigerBrokers. The thing is i’ve never apply any jobs in TigerBrokers so i rejected her politely by informing her that I appreciated her call but i already had a job offer. Then she insisted by asking if i can go down to understand more. So i said “thanks a lot but i’m not interested.” She literally slammed down the phone straight after without even having the basic manners of saying “Thank you”. The main issue is that she’s the one doing cold-callings. If she cannot handle rejections, she might wanna consider removing herself from her current role. There’s no professionalism in her which destroyed the Company’s image.

One of the most inconvenient trading plantform I have ever experienced. I was expecting a platform comparable to eToro, Commsec, or CMC market, but found that Tiger Brokers SG is nowhere close to these modern investment platforms. I can compare Tiger Brokers SG only with the local brokerage houses of 1990s. Even account opening is a nightmare. Reallly unbelievable!

Not very transparent, they increased the commission fee with an additional third party fee without informing the user. They also added crypto to their trading list then removed it one day, all of a sudden, can imagine the frustration for those who actually deposited their capital into the crypto account then realising they can’t trade or have to cut their trade for no reason

I knew this kind of spinning draw of free share cannot be trusted. Company only put high amount of free shares to lure you in, but chances of getting is always less than 1%, no matter what spinning draw is it. If not for someone i wouldn't even bother to open an account because the welcome reward especially this kind of spinning draw reward doesn't attract me in the first place. So of course i got Amc share thats why im writing this review. And because i got amc share, or other share thats worth less than usd50, I wouldn't bother to trade on this platform. No motivation to trade on this platform. I rather not want the reward than giving the company to earn fees from the 10 trades they required. If they give a guarantee of at least more than usd50 reward/share, I would have the motivation to trade on this platform and continue to trade even after first 10 trades. I would encourage more new signup user to pls share what free share you got for other new user to consider, not just this company, like other company who use spinning draw as welcome bonus ( eg. mm company).

I don't know why some people complaining about withdrawal of fund. I tried withdrawing previously, it was so smooth since I linked my DBS account with DDA. I have been trading for more than 40 years with various brokers. The best is Tiger Brokers in terms of services and fees, especially the fantastic hotlines (6 stars).

I new in share, just started today. I wanted to withdraw unfortunately they don’t let u to withdraw the balance money. I have balance of of $600, only only allow to withdraw $100 plus, if more is considered loan. I can’t withdraw my own money. Scram .
