Tony and Priscilla will patiently explain to you the different types of mattresses, and will even let you take your time to sleep on all of them! You'll get the same comfort from high end brands but at a fraction of the cost. Unless you're brand conscious, I think Tilam King is a steal! Edit: 3 months later I received a text from Patricia, asking how the mattress was. Outstanding service and follow-up! I doubt other brands ever do that!

TLDR; Their customer service and quality of the mattress is top notch (at an extremely competitive price). Would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new mattress. Special shout out to Wei Ming who assisted my wife and I out throughout the entire process. Made us feel comfortable and ensured that we tried out the units at the showroom sufficiently before making our final decision.

My husband so far did not complain anymore of backaches and because we are a big sizes couple, we do not have any difficulty getting up from the bed. We have a good sleep ever since we bought Tilam King. The customer service - Ms Patricia is very good. She will always be there to assist and will explain every detail on the mattress that you choose e.g comfort level - soft/hard spring. Delivery service is good too. Smooth journey throughout.
