The after sales service is non-existent, and I had to call more than 10 times before someone finally answered my call and was unable to explained how and why my order will be delayed. Super frustrating experience! Not only did they failed to deliver, they still insist I write in to them to request a refund lololol. I wrote in but they just ghost me. Obviously nobody gives a toot about service recovery, the management doesn't care enough that this company has ruined an important occasion for a customer because of their incompetence. Strongly strongly do not recommend, unless you would like to order at your own risk.

The stand was crooked and tilted forward like it's about to fall down. There is a big gaping hole in the centre of the flower arrangement. The paper was hastily stuck around the stand. Such embarrassment to gift this flower wreath. Shoddy handiwork to say the least. Their photo is so misleading. What a rip off paying a high price for a lousy product. Please people stay away from this florist!!! You can get better value elsewhere. Their customer service is also non existent.

Sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of both the in-charge and the experience florist. I am over the moon when I receive the bouquet which was meant for my ROM. But the company was sincere about feedback and immediately sent a replacement flower for 1 for 1 exchange within a few hours. Unfortunately due to miscommunication issues I had already purchased and added filler flowers to the existing bouquet. Seller was kind enough to give the replacement bouquet free of charge delivered to my location. Replacement bouquet is of different design and flowers but much better than initial bouquet. Rated 4 stars for the excellent customer service. Thank you Hazel Florist.
