Despite me being new and handling things to the best I can, Kim was very patient and kind to explain things during migration. Has even offered help out of his way! Truly grateful for all the support given by Kim ??? I will highly recommed Timcole for the wonderful svc they offer and esp look for Kim and Eric. Both of them are truly wonderful professional friendly people. You will leave with a satisifed service and great friendships.

Answered all questions promptly, together with clear screenshots when walking me through some of the issues I encountered. his explanations were clear and I was able to follow them successfully.
