Very bad experience. The uncle attitude is very rude and unprofessional. Just went to change battery, end up my watch with some black and white residue inside the watch transparent case . The uncle said this is impossible and don’t want admit it . This is my first time change my watch battery ! Won’t go this shop again

My friend came to this store to fix his broken watch but this uncle not only failed to fix it he even mad an even bigger crack and didnt even show a hint remorse abd didnt even apologise. dont come here and get scammed there are better shops

Terrible service and very rude, had my watch battery changed and it was full of scratches afterward. The owner proceeded to tell me to go to other watch shops in the future as I was unhappy with his sloppy and unprofessional work. Please don’t ever go to this shop with your watches.

This shop does not even deserve 1 star. Went to change battery. The uncle is not professional at all and does not care about your watch. He uses a knife without protecting your watch, pry open the back cover and caused deep scratches on it. He has no proper tools to perform his job. Still have the audacity to tell me its like that one coz difficult to open. Not even apologetic about the damages he made. Not even a word of sorry. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! Got nets machine but want me to pay cash.

Many bad reviews for this mom-and-pop shop. Do not expect any Orchard Road service quality because the two old folks here simply do not know what is good service. And, honestly, they don't give a damn either. But hey, if you want to get your watch battery replaced at a reasonable price, just bring your cash here, get it over and done with. Will I come back again... Yeah... Why not.

Changed battery here, I was told to leave the shop as he said he was busy. The battery last less than 2 months, went back to ask for replacement but the staff just simply say the battery was not from his shop. He insisted he didn’t supply this battery brand, then his another excuse was there was no remark written on the battery which he claimed it was his shop’s usual practice.

This shop doesn’t deserve a star at all. PLEASE, do not ever step into this shop to browse watches or even to replace batteries and what not. Despite the bad reviews , I decided to go ahead and replace my batteries for my watches. As mentioned by others, he did had a nets machine, however mentioned that it is not working. He told to come back in 20 mins time. That’s the biggest mistake I ever made at that point of time. I returned back in 10 mins and he handed over my NIXON watch first. Firstly, the watch was badly damaged as though he used a sharp knife to poke into the rubber area to change the time setting. Secondly, When confronted , he insisted that the watch was given at that state. Thirdly , he did not even apologise for the damage that he had caused. He even mentioned that “ customers always find trouble for no reason “. This uncle is definitely leading towards a dishonest business. A pro tip, if you ever want to step into this shop for whatever reason , please do have a photo of your watches before and after. In that case, you would have an evidence at your end to make the necessary charges against him.
