★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch purchased online did not come with any warranty from both the shop or manufacturer. When emailing the retailer, was repeatedly told to "wait". Watches purchased from all ADs should have come with the warranty without the buyer chasing repeatedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Wulf brand watch online at the start of 2021 and within a week I was sending it back for malfunctioning. Some 12 months later the entire internal movement of the watch has detached from the face. I contacted H2Hub several times via email to nil avail only for someone to finally answer me via their WhatsApp. Thus far they have been "checking my details" for a week straight and still no further communication from them.
Avoid at all cost - fraud of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came down with the intention to buy today as I saw that they had the model I wanted at an acceptable price. The older female staff member who attended to me came across as disinterested and gave half-hearted responses to my queries. It felt like she didn't really have an actual answer but just wanted to say something to brush me off and get the conversation over with.
I handed her back the watch I had tried on. Stepped aside to the corner and on the spot ordered the same model online from another platform even if it meant I'd have to wait longer for it to arrive. Sometimes it's not that online competition is killing physical retail, but the poor attitude by some physical retailers is killing themselves.
